Support the customer during the Entry-Into-Service phase as part of the Field Service Engineer team

Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on customer aircraft and related support equipment (GSE)

Provide technical and troubleshooting advise as well as supporting the coordination of corrective actions for the operator
within the area of expertise B2/Mechanical Systems

Support modification and retrofit activities as well as analysis of technical incidents as required

Ensure effective cooperation and reporting between customer, operator and internal support teams
