Target Profile:
- Experienced options market makers (listed and/or OTC)
- Background in proprietary trading or hedge funds (sell‑side profiles not in scope)

- Strong understanding of volatility, pricing, risk management, and market microstructure
- Mid‑level to senior professionals, including those who have run risk or a book
