We are seeking a Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date for our site in Pratteln (Switzerland).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance projects across the organization.
- Provide expert advice to various departments on regulatory queries.
- Participate in compliance reviews and investigations.
- Propose updates to policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
- Support day-to-day compliance operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Stay abreast of external regulatory developments and their potential impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant compliance certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and Project management skills.
- Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous.
- Ability to work independent and be a self-driven person.
- Strong team player.
