We are Geneva's highest-rated fitness studio : 4.9 stars, 200+ reviews and one of the top 3 F45 studios in Europe. What makes that possible is not the workout, every F45 runs the same program. It is the team on our floor and the community they build. We are looking for a Head Coach to protect and raise that standard as we grow.
This is a role for a coach who wants ownership and a real career path, not just classes on a rota.
What you will own
- Floor standards : you set the bar for technique, energy and presence in every class and you hold the team to it.
- Coaching quality : you make sure every session is safe, correct and progressive, across all coaches.
- People : you mentor and develop our coaches and lead by example. You become the reference point for the team on the floor, so questions get answered without always going to the Studio Manager.
- Member experience : you deliver the welcome and service that makes members stay and sets trialers up to convert. You partner closely with our Community & Growth Manager, who owns the sales conversation. You own the floor experience that feeds it.
- Operations : you support scheduling, class coverage and the smooth daily running of the studio.
- Community : you contribute to events, challenges and the relationships that keep members coming back and referring friends.
- Growth : you take ownership of projects that lighten the day-to-day management load and you grow into a Studio Manager role as we open new sites.
Who you are (non-negotiable)
- Fluent English (French or another language a strong plus). Our community is international.
- 2+ years coaching group fitness, ideally functional training or HIIT.
- You can demonstrate and correct foundational movements with clean technique. If you cannot coach the form, you cannot lead our floor.
- You have led or mentored other coaches or you are clearly ready to step up.
- You are reliable, structured and solution-oriented. You communicate proactively and you do not go quiet when something is unclear.
- You want to build a career here, not fill a side gig.

Hours
- 10 to 20 hours per week, a mix of coaching, leadership and operational time.
