About the Role
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA

Monitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements

Assess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data

Maintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools

Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA
-
Support supplier engagement, corrective actions, and data collection activities
-
Contribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions, and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA

Identify opportunities for low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing
-
Participate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability), continuous improvement initiatives)

Act as a key interface between procurement, suppliers, and internal teams
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor in Sustainability/Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or similar

Experience in Sustainability, ESG, or Supply Chain Management

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
-
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail

Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel

Experience with sustainability data, reporting, and dashboards

Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions

Familiarity with GHG accounting, Scope 3, or supplier sustainability is a plus
