Job Description

Handle all back-office activities,

Ensure daily phone follow up with clients,

Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers,

Provide administrative support to operations activities,

Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities,

Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals,

Maintain databases,
-
Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities,
-
Ensure appropriate filing and archiving,

Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity
Qualifications
-
CFC “Employé de Commerce”
-
2 years experience
-
Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
-
Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus

Reliable, flexible and accurate

Good communication skills (oral and written)
