In this high-responsibility role, you will lead and develop our sales team and make a significant contribution to our long-term market success. You will combine operational excellence in sales with strategic foresight and ensure professional, systematic customer service. In doing so, you will work closely with internal and external partners and continuously refine our sales processes.

Leading, developing, and coaching the sales team with a focus on efficiency, quality, and skill development

Active market development, including customer visits, as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Managing and refining sales and customer processes using a CRM system

Ensuring revenue growth through structured customer service and the implementation of customer retention and new customer acquisition programs

Creating and managing revenue budgets, as well as refining customer segmentation

Analyzing the market, competition, and trends, and deriving relevant measures

Implementing the business strategy by developing and executing marketing and sales concepts and projects

Close collaboration with internal departments such as executive management, product management, development, marketing, production, and finance
Here’s what will impress us

A university degree, preferably in HVAC, building services engineering, or a related field, ideally supplemented by further education in business administration

Several years of professional experience in sales, marketing, product management, or key account management, ideally in ventilation and air conditioning technology

Leadership experience and strong expertise in team development

An entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, systematic approach to work

Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is a plus

Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high level of customer focus
