To strengthen our International Logistics team starting on September 1, 2026, we are looking for an
Analyst International Logistics (80%) - (fixed term until August 31, 2027)
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and GDP-compliant delivery of customer and intercompany orders across global CSL sites (EU, US, AU).
- Plan and coordinate shipments based on demand, batch availability, and transport requirements (temperature, mode, packaging).
- Manage order processing in SAP from creation to invoicing, including data accuracy, delivery scheduling, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance) and external partners (3PLs, freight forwarders).
- Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations, including preparation of export/import and supporting documents.
- Handle logistics deviations and supply constraints, including escalation and identification of alternative transport solutions.
- Manage letter of credit processes, including document preparation, compliance checks, and bank submission.
- Support returns and complaint handling, including financial settlements in collaboration with Finance.
- Contribute to reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects within Global Logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in international logistics, supply chain, customer service, or export operations, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of GDP principles and pharmaceutical distribution is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP (order processing, shipping, invoicing) preferred.
- Understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and export documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
