What impact do you have?
Responsibility for the recruitment of talents (white and blue collar) for our new fulfillment center in Regensdorf and for our offices in Ecublens and Zurich
Supervision of the entire recruitment process from pre-selection to interviewing and contract conclusion
Manage partner recruitment agencies by setting the right KPI's defined together with internal stakeholders
First point of contact for applicants, recruiters, partner recruitment agencies and team leaders
Continuous optimization of the recruitment process and takeover of projects
What do you offer?
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Personnel management or business administration
Profound knowledge
in talent acquisition
English (fluent)
German (fluent)
French (beneficial)
Convincing personality with very good communication skills and a shrewd appearance
In-depth business understanding and very good competence in analyzing and applying KPIs
Experience in blue collar recruitment
Experience with SAP Success Factors
