A professional team of vocational trainers (Berufsbildner:innen) will guide and support you during your 4-year apprenticeship with Google. After a 1-year foundation course (Basislehrjahr) you will join your Google team in Zurich and will be fully engaged in existing and new projects that will challenge you and lay the foundation for a successful future as a Digital Business Developer.
Embedded in our business teams, you will focus on structuring and developing improved digital processes and models. You will analyze, interpret, and visualize data to enhance understanding. You will also communicate your findings and ideas effectively to others. You will rotate through various teams, each with different specializations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the different roles in this rapidly evolving field.
- Analyze current processes to develop optimization proposals.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions by creating training materials and user documentation.
- Analyze data and interpret results.
- Develop high quality visualizations and presentations for your target audience.
- Collaborate in projects, coordinate workflows, and engage with internal subject matter experts.
