Your role and responsibilities

Provide expert advice to clients on CPM strategy & transformation roadmap, optimizing processes in Group Accounting & Consolidation, Planning and Reporting (think Disclosure, Management Reporting, ESG, BEPS, and more).
Develop cutting-edge concepts for integrated corporate performance management data models, as well as innovative group consolidation, planning, scenario, and simulation approaches.
Advise on CPM system and Record-to-Report process standardization, optimizing consolidated financial statement preparation, and automating and integrating external and internal group reporting.
Support clients in their CPM software selection processes.
Design and implement professional CPM software solutions in the above-mentioned areas, using state-of-the-art tools such as CCH Tagetik or comparable solutions.
Collaborate with your team to acquire new projects and create captivating sales presentations.
Contribute to the growth of our consulting team and help shape Satriun’s service offering.

What you bring to the table

A Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably in Accounting/Finance).
Additional relevant professional education is a plus (think Certified Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or comparable certifications).
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in audit or financial reporting consulting, ideally from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, leading consulting firms, or industry group accounting/controlling functions.
A solid understanding of IFRS (knowledge of other accounting standards is a bonus) and finance and/or controlling processes.
Sound knowledge and experience in group financial consolidation and Record-to-Report processes.
Familiarity with various CPM solutions like CCH Tagetik, OneStream, HFM, SAP FC/BPC/BCS, LucaNet, or IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage. Knowledge of relevant ERP, DWH, or BI solutions (such as SAP FI/CO, BW, SAC, PowerBI, or comparable tools) is a plus.
A true passion for digitizing finance processes and systems. Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm and motivation to configure and roll-out leading CPM software solutions.
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset, guiding CPM solutions from concept and design to implementation. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to go “the extra mile,” travel, and demonstrate flexibility and resilience.
The ability to build and nurture internal and external networks in a fast-paced and international environment, fostering sustainable relationships.
Language skills: Excellent English and German skills are required for the Düsseldorf location, excellent English skills are required for the Zürich and Geneva locations, and proficiency in German and French is a bonus for the Geneva location.
