We’re growing fast across Belgium and beyond and looking for a driven Business Developer to be a trusted advisor for our leads and clients.

At Dynapps, you’ll generate and follow up leads, understand customer needs, create tailored demos, and close impactful projects. Your ERP experience will help you spot opportunities and guide customers to the right solution. You’ll also work with marketing to share ideas and promote our mission.

What you'll take ownership of

You will be responsible for business development in all its facets.
You proactively network with potentially interesting leads.
You are responsible for lead generation: you follow up on incoming leads and convert them into opportunities.
You capture the needs of the customer on the basis of analyses and conversations.
You develop demos tailored to the customer and you can convey them confidently.
Based on your experience and expertise, you will provide expert advice to customers on how the proposed solutions can achieve their business goals.
You oversee the presales and quotation process from A to Z and are responsible for closing deals and projects.
You work closely with Marketing: you deliver content and you are responsible for its distribution.
You play a crucial role in promoting Dynapps' mission, vision, and values.

What we're looking for

You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
You have experience as a business developer in a sales and/or IT environment ór as a business consultant in ERP-implementations.
You radiate passion, entrepreneurship, and are not afraid to make decisions.
You have strong communication skills both with your team and clients.
You are analytical and able to identify the core message in a large amount of information.
You have the ability to understand and address customer needs.
You can combine all these qualities to convincingly convey your message to the customer.
You value teamwork highly.
Besides proficiency in French, you can express yourself fluently in English.
