YOUR ROLE

As a (Senior) Consultant in the Consumer Products & Retail team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will be part of high-impact strategy and transformation engagements, supporting leading organizations in navigating business, digital, and organizational change. You will contribute to the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy definition to execution and adoption, with a growing focus on data-driven, AI-enabled, and GenAI-powered solutions.

Working in multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders across CxO of different functions, to help shape customer-centric strategies, innovative operating models and future-ready ways of working, ensuring tangible and sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Contribute to the delivery of strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements across the Consumer Products & Retail sector, with a strong focus on digital, data, and AI-enabled transformations;
Support the design and implementation of GenAI, analytics, and digital use cases, helping clients translate emerging technologies into concrete business value across functions;
Support organizational, process, technology, and change initiatives across CxO organizations, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating model, and IT execution;
Contribute to the definition of future ways of working, including agile, product-centric, and platform-based models, and support their rollout across the organization;
Support change management and capability-building activities, including communication, training, and adoption measures to enable sustainable transformation and workforce upskilling;
Act as a bridge between business, strategy, and technology teams, ensuring cohesive, pragmatic, and value-oriented transformation initiatives
Produce structured analyses, insights, and high-quality client deliverables, supporting senior leadership decision-making;
Contribute to internal knowledge development, asset building, and thought leadership, particularly in areas related to digital transformation, data, and GenAI.

YOUR PROFILE

Outstanding Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized University in the field of Economics, Engineering or Information Technology;
Demonstrated experience in Consumer and Retail initiatives, with at least one year of professional experience - including internships - within the industry or in roles supporting transformation efforts;
Expertise in consulting and project management;
Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e. efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT;
A structured reliable work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks with eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a commitment and self-responsibility toward deadlines;
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French are mandatory on the C1 level minimum.
