Within our Wealth Management Division, you will join our WM Greece Team in Zurich , which is in charge of substantial international client relationships, providing superior quality level of banking services. The Team is composed of experienced Relationship Managers, Advisors and Assistants.
Contribute to the Team success by assisting the Relationship Managers in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips
Handle and monitor stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications
Cash Management
Assist in AML clarifications and prepare clients KYC and related updates
Provide administrative support to the Team
Direct interactions with clients by phone, e-mail and occasionally in meetings
Prepare and monitor account openings, closing mutations
Maintain records in compliance with internal and external regulation. For example: Portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.
Various administrative tasks. For example: Preparing presentations, travel arrangements, support clients with various requests - banking and non-banking, etc.
Deputizing of other Team assistants
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in a related field or further education; Banking Apprenticeship, Bachelor, Master, CYP, CWMA, or similar.
Work experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in banking is required
Excellent command of German and English is mandatory (C1) / French is a strong asset for this role
Demonstrate a strong ambition and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a high-performing international Team by delivering exceptional client satisfaction, with a particular focus on clients in the Eastern Europe region
Motivated and hardworking personality, highly service- and client-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good priority setting, ability to cope with pressure and high volumes
