Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the Compliance team include:
- Supporting preparation of regulatory filings;
- Processing regulatory monitoring tasks and analyzing new regulatory developments;
- Involvement in the Compliance guidelines process;
- Maintaining and supporting further development of databases;
- Keeping the KYC and AML documentation up to date;
- Assisting the marketing material review process.
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration or law (bachelor level);
- First working experience within an asset manager, fund management company, bank or audit company is of advantage;
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and German;
- Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel;
- Analytical mindset and flair for regulatory developments;
- Efficient and precise working style, focus on details;
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
