Candidate profile (title) Who you are

You bring deep experience in agile project management and have led topics or teams successfully.
You think entrepreneurially, approaching challenges with curiosity and a focus on solutions and results.
You are data-driven, make decisions based on facts, and continuously seek improvement.
Working collaboratively with others is second nature to you, and you communicate clearly and engagingly.
At least 5 years of relevant project management or transformation experience, ideally in leadership roles.
Fluent in English ( C1); additional language skills are a plus ( especially German)
