We’re looking for an IT Finance Analyst who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting our financial systems — with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA FICO. Main Responsibilities
Design and configure end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions according to business needs
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third‑party systems
Participate in project delivery: solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
Provide user support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO
Support additional Finance tools such as Basware (AP), Concur (Travel & Expense), and planning/consolidation systems
Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and processes
Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other functional teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide guidance on SAP best practices and design standards
Contribute to high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in IT
5+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Financials, including hands-on configuration
2+ years of full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation, including New GL
Solid experience across SAP FI & CO: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
Experience in virtual and international environments
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
SAP S/4HANA FICO certification
Knowledge of Basware, Concur, or other financial applications
Familiarity with SOX methodology
Experience with Microsoft tools such as Project and Visio
Ability to lead projects and support non‑SAP applications
