Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders.
Perform accurate data entry and updates into the Purchasing system, including purchase orders and stock-related information.
Assist with maintaining accurate stock records and proper storage standards.
Participate in regular inventories and stock control, reporting any discrepancies to the relevant team members.
Support the organisation and optimisation of storage areas.
Support compliance with standards and food traceability requirements.
Provide support to hotel operations across departments whenever required.
Profile:
A motivated student in hospitality, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, finance or a related field.
Organised, detail-oriented and confident with numbers, with a genuine desire to learn.
Proactive, reliable and adaptable, with a hands-on mindset and strong team spirit.
Comfortable with Excel.
Fluent in English and also French.
Eager to grow within a demanding luxury hospitality environment and contribute to the Ultima experience.
A valid internship agreement is required.
Car license holder and own private car is recommended.
