- Coordinating interviews across various functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Screening CVs and video interviews to identify top talent
- Supporting the organization of the prestigious Outperformer Assessment Center

- Bachelor or Master student in business or related fields
- Well organized and structured approach to work
- Excellent on MS products such as Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills (in English)
- Proactive and impact-driven, demonstrating initiative and ownership to deliver meaningful results
