Technical Business Analyst:
For an important technology evolution and transformation project within the banking sector, focused on Private Banking and Wealth Management, we are looking for a Technical Analyst with solid experience in the technical and functional analysis of Core Banking platforms.
The successful candidate will join a strategic project environment and work closely with functional and technical teams, as well as business stakeholders, contributing to the customization, evolution, and support of the platform's application components. The main focus will be on solutions dedicated to Relationship Managers and the related business processes supporting client relationship management.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical and functional skills, work with a high degree of autonomy on an already established project, and make a concrete contribution to translating business needs into effective application solutions.
What you will be doing
Analyze, configure, and customize application components within a Core Banking platform, using the relevant configuration and scripting frameworks.
Provide functional and technical support for the front-end module dedicated to Relationship Managers / Portfolio Managers, gaining an in-depth understanding of the related business processes and application logic.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into application solutions and functional and technical specifications.
Produce analysis documentation and functional/technical specifications, and support development teams throughout the implementation phases.
Collaborate with testing teams in defining and validating test scenarios and managing application issues and defects.
Perform configuration activities and provide support for application deployment in containerized environments, with particular focus on platforms such as OpenShift and equivalent technologies.
Work directly with technical and business stakeholders in the Private Banking and Wealth Management domain, facilitating the translation of operational needs into technology solutions.
Collaborate with different project teams, ensuring effective coordination between business stakeholders, functional analysis, and technical teams.
What we are looking for
At least 3–5 years of experience, preferably at Middle or Senior level (6+ years), in Business Analyst and/or Technical Business Analyst roles, gained on complex projects within the banking sector.
Solid experience with Core Banking platforms and processes.
Previous experience in the Private Banking and/or Wealth Management domains is highly desirable.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in the analysis and customization of core banking platforms, including configuration and scripting frameworks for the customization of processes, interfaces, screens, and application logic.
Functional experience with modules or solutions dedicated to client relationship management, particularly Relationship Manager Workplace, Portfolio Manager Workplace, or similar solutions.
Knowledge of the main business processes related to private banking and wealth management client servicing.
Good knowledge of PL/SQL.
Experience with or familiarity with containerized environments and application configuration/deployment activities, including knowledge of OpenShift; experience with Kubernetes or equivalent platforms is considered a plus.
Ability to work independently on ongoing projects and quickly adapt to complex application environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business teams.
