Descripción del trabajo

Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and shape Lombardi Switzerland’s sustainability strategy and initiatives
Contribute to corporate sustainability topics including Lombardi Group reporting, corporate carbon footprint assessment, certification alignment, workshops and internal awareness programs
Support large-scale infrastructure and hydropower projects by integrating sustainability and carbon footprint assessments into engineering projects
Collaborate directly with clients and project teams through workshops, trainings and sustainability advisory activities
Opportunity to develop sustainability initiatives across both corporate operations and complex engineering projects

Requisitos

Native German speaker with fluent English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
Academic background in environmental or civil engineering, 5+ years of professional experience
Experience with life-cycle assessment (LCA) of infrastructure projects and expertise in LCA methodology. Knowledge of civil engineering is a strong plus
Independent, positive and communicative personality with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead workshops and trainings
Engineering mindset and a strong interest in advancing sustainability in projects, thinking innovatively, and inspiring others
