After success of first authentic Japanese restaurant in Kanton Zug, We opened, 100 sheets Fine Dining, Japanese food and Sushi restaurant.
Now, We are seeking for cook who is using Top quality ingredients to produce dishes to create all the senses.

Candidate specifications:
- Good Japanese and English or German spoken and written
- 5* Fine dining background or known restaurant chain background
- Creative, inspiring, attention to details
- Immaculate dish presentation skills
- Good people skills, management skills
- Budgeting, food cost control
- Over 7 years experienced professional Chef
- Swiss work permit holder or EU pass holder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: CHF54’600.00 - CHF65’000.00 per year
