Role Description
As Head of Sales, you will own the execution of our sales function: pipeline development, sales process, customer engagement, and deal conversion.
Working closely with our CRO, who sets the overarching commercial strategy and go-to-market direction, you will translate that strategy into results: building qualified pipeline, closing strategic deals, and creating a repeatable, scalable sales motion that brings modern technology into a traditionally relationship-driven industry.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to close strategic deals yourself while building the processes, structures, and day-to-day infrastructure that drive consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified enterprise sales pipeline
- Identify, approach, and qualify target customers in our focus markets
- Lead discovery calls, customer meetings, demos, and commercial presentations
- Translate customer needs into clear business value and concrete use cases
- Prepare proposals, pilot offers, and commercial documentation together with the CRO
- Manage the sales process from first contact to signed agreement
- Support the conversion of pilots into recurring customer relationships
- Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and accurate deal updates
- Bring market feedback back to the CRO, Product, and AI teams
- Represent SedAI professionally in customer meetings, events, and industry conversations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Minimum 2 years in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, or enterprise software
- Proven ability to open doors and close complex B2B deals
- Strong understanding of long enterprise sales cycles and senior stakeholder management
- Strong network in real estate, asset management, or infrastructure is a plus
- Hands-on, proactive, structured, and highly execution-oriented
