Position Overview
We are seeking a analytical and detail-oriented Watch & Jewelry Operations Analyst to join our team for a fixed-term contract of maximum 2 years, starting September 1st. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across our Watches & Jewelry category through comprehensive inventory management, reporting, and system optimization.
The successful candidate will manage global stock control, sales operations, non-merchandise processes, and IT system support while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and process efficiency across all platforms. This position offers the opportunity to participate in daily operations while contributing to strategic projects that drive business performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support sales and expense reporting across the Watch & Jewelry division
- Execute system data uploads and maintain data integrity
- Conduct comprehensive stock analysis and deliver actionable reports and forecasts
- Execute month-end controls and adjustments, including stock reconciliation processes
- Maintain component master data to ensure system accuracy and operational efficiency
- Prepare and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations
- Manage urgent Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows and supervise the complete process from Order to shipment
- Support specialized operational flows including returns from markets, melting, recycling, and transfers
- Perform commercial invoice verification and conduct thorough accuracy checks
- Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) processes and system maintenance
- Coordinate and manage non-merchandise flows including buying and distribution activities
- Monitor and manage daily IT incidents within SAP systems
- Support the integration of the Watches & Jewelry division into new ERP systems
- Facilitate new IT initiative implementations and resolve SAP-related incidents
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Master's degree from an Engineering or Business School
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel
- Strong proficiency in SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Experience with logistics compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proven accuracy in data management
- Results-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail

- Strong team collaboration abilities while maintaining independent work capabilities
